FAQs

  • What should I bring to the ranch?

It is highly recommended that all attendees wear closed-toed shoes when their ranch event or experience involves a tour. Especially during the warmer months, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to be refilled throughout your experience as needed.

Otherwise, bring an open mind and excitement to learn about regenerative agriculture!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

All of our ranch experiences are rain-or-shine. We will adjust your event or experience accordingly as we have ample space indoors and out. Extreme weather emergencies, such as hurricanes, tornados, etc., will be handled on a case by case circumstances. Otherwise, expect events and experiences to continue as scheduled.

  • Do you offer refunds?

Since our ranch experiences and events are rain or shine, we do not offer refunds. Tickets and registrations are transferable to another person or transferable to a different date if communicated 10 days prior to event date. After the 10 days it is non-refundable. You will have two months to utilize credit for that ticket price.

For rentals and other services where a deposit is required, please see your contract for refund information.

  • What should I not bring to the ranch?

This is a working ranch where we produce food and raise animals. For the health and safety of our community, our land, and the animals we raise, do not bring anything that could contaminate.

Pets are not allowed on the property. We are a 100% smoke-free property, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

  • Does everyone need to sign a waiver?

For most ranch events and experiences, we require liability and photo waivers to be signed for each participant.
